Kenyan Sand Boas Eryx colubrinus
A fantastic pet for someone just getting into snakes: relatively small, not terribly sensitive to humidity, typically feeding readily on mice, and adorable. Keep in mind that all reptiles can be a long-term commitment — sand boas especially can live 40+ years under good care.
