Shipping & conditions
Our shipping policy
All live plants and animals are shipped via USPS Ground, Priority or Express Mail, or via FedEx/UPS at the buyer's choice. Seeds are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority in regular or padded envelopes if shipped separately from live plants or animals.
US only. Packages will be shipped within the US only; orders cannot currently be accepted outside the USA. For species controlled within your state, the buyer is responsible for knowing local laws and ordinances — Carlton Carnivores cannot track all regulations or be held responsible for packages seized due to prohibited or locally protected species.
Live goods timing. Live plants and animals ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit, with weather holds during temperature extremes.
Live animals. All live animals are available only via manual contact methods and are not sold through the automatic store system. International inquiries are available via manual contact only.
Seeds, international. Seeds can sometimes ship to other countries, but only if the buyer acquires and forwards any necessary import permits, phytosanitary certificates, or other documents their country's customs require.
